Google Search Console (GSC) provides direct insight into how Google sees, crawls, and ranks your website. It is the most important free tool for any Indian business that cares about Google search visibility. Setup: Go to search.google.com/search-console and add your property. Verify ownership via HTML tag, Google Analytics, or DNS record

Once verified, GSC begins collecting data about your website's search performance. Key GSC reports and how to use them: Performance report: Shows your website's search performance over any date range. Key metrics — Total Clicks (how many times your website was clicked in Google search), Impressions (how many times your pages appeared in search results), Average CTR, and Average Position. Filter by 'Queries' to see which keywords bring traffic

Filter by 'Pages' to see which pages get the most search traffic. Filter by 'Countries' to see where your traffic comes from geographically.
